Is the item not quite what you had in mind? That's unfortunate, but it can happen to the best of us!
First, check if your order is eligible for return:
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The items must be unworn and still in the original packaging.
- Earrings/ear cuffs and hair accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Warranty on items is 10 days.
Return Process:
To return an item, you need to send an email to: businesscharso@gmail.com. In this email, state which item(s) you want to return, the reason for return, your name, and the order date. You do not need to wait for a response; you can return the items immediately after sending the email. Please be aware that we won’t accept your return if you did not register your return via email.
We must receive the return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your package, excluding shipping costs.
NOTE! The cost of the return shipment is not covered by us! Also, the risk of returning items is not our responsibility; therefore, we always recommend returning your package with track & trace.
We are not responsible for incorrectly filling in the return address or your own home address.
